Just before half term on Thursday 21st October members of the WSfG Student Amnesty Group organised a movie night. This was to raise money for Medical Aid Palestine and the whole event was organised and run by year 11 students. Tickets were sold to watch the movie and refreshments were also available on the evening. 

In total the students raised £301.35 which is a fantastic achievement. Well done to Anam, Amal, Leila, Maria, Fatimah and Aroush for organising such a wonderful evening. A special thanks also goes to Ms Pratt, Ms Healy, Ms Desbenoit, Ms Cornford and Ms Bradshaw for helping to staff the event.
