On Thursday 14th March, we held the grand Pi Day Recitation Final.

The champions from each Year 7 Maths Class competed against each other to secure an overall Year 7 Winner. They all demonstrated great perseverance, courage and creativity in their memory techniques.

Congratulations to all participants and especially to the winner, Mabel A, who correctly recited pi to 239 decimal places.

The other finalists were Annabelle H, Anisa L, Inaaya Z, Sumayyah H, Tayla M and Zaina S.

Thank you to Mr Shum for taking the Grand Final photos, Mr Trimithioti for the trophy, Mrs Barham for making the Pi themed bag and to Melania and Elu for making the badges.
