Where is my daughter?
If you are not sure whether your daughter is on a trip which returns after the usual school finishing time, please check the school calendar here
Should you still need help, please contact the school office on 020 8509 9446 and choose option 4.

Lost property
Please ensure all your daughter's belongings and uniform items are clearly labelled with her full name. Should she lose any items, they will be kept until the end of the current term in Student Services. Lost USBs can be claimed in room F15.
One Cards
Should students lose their One Card, or if it stops working, replacements can be ordered for £2.00 from Student Services.
ParentPay
Information on paying for music lessons, trips, lunches and other items online via ParentPay can be found here.
School communications
All parents/carers are sent a link to our Greensheet via e-mail. The current and previous editions can also be viewed here.
We also contact parents/carers by letter, text or e-mail. Copies of whole-school communications can be found here
Should you have concerns with regard to your daughter, please contact, in the first instance, her form tutor or subject teacher by e-mail.
Medication
We are able to store essential medication at Student Services for your daughter. Should you need more information, please contact the school office on 020 8509 9446 and choose option 4.

Complaints
Walthamstow School for Girls works hard to ensure that all students are offered a quality education. However, if a parent/carer feels that a situation has arisen that they are unhappy about, they have the right to make a complaint.
If a parent wishes to discuss a concern about an individual subject in the curriculum, they are welcome to make an appointment to see the relevant Head of Faculty.
