Data, Examinations and Compliance Officer

Required as soon as possible

Salary range: SO1 - SO2 (£38,256.00 – £42,060.00 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 36 hours per week, 48.95/49.62 weeks per year, including two weeks in August for processing and analysing exam results

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Data, Examinations and Compliance Officer to be responsible for the administration of external and internal examinations, in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications regulations.

As the ideal candidate you must have an in-depth knowledge of any of the following areas: data analysis, Management Information Systems, compliance or examinations administration.  You must be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully lead a team of invigilators. You must be able to work well under pressure, think creatively and be able to use your own initiative.  You must enjoy the challenge of learning, setting up and running new systems.

  • Could you lead a PE department where every student sees themselves as a sportsperson? 

  • Do you have the ambition to transform PE and sport at WSFG – raising participation, achievement and aspirations for every student?  

  • Are you a dynamic teacher who enjoys sharing your enthusiasm with students in a school that fosters a lifelong love of learning?  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of PE.  

As a member of our Performing Arts faculty, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an innovative PE curriculum. Your outstanding classroom practice will help to inspire our students with your own love of learning.  You must be able to demonstrate creativity as well as an excellent subject knowledge in teaching a wide range of sports including dance, gymnastics, athletics and a variety of team sports.  You should be qualified to teach trampolining.  

Committed to ‘bringing out the gift’ in every student, you will be play a key role in developing our extra -curricular sports provision, including leading teams at fixtures. You will be passionate about maintaining high standards of teaching and learning and relish the challenge of ensuring that every student is supported to achieve their full potential.
