In the Spring Term, we recruit around 20 volunteers from the World of Work. Our generous volunteers spend a day with us at WSfG and offer our Year 11 students the opportunity of a mock interview. 

Why do we do this? 

We do this so that Year 11 students can reflect on their interview techniques and on how to make a good first impression. We want our students to gain confidence in this area and build valuable life skills for the future as well as practising key skills that they can use in interviews for their chosen Post-16 courses.
