WSfG Presentation Evening 2025

On Wednesday, 26th November, we hosted our annual Presentation Evening.

This year, we introduced a new format, involving students from Years 8–11 as well as last year’s cohort.

We welcomed our Guest of Honour, Saarah Patel, an ex-student who delivered an inspiring speech reflecting on her journey and encouraging our current students to aim high.

The evening also featured speeches from Helen Marriott, Headteacher, and Andrea Corbett, Chair of Governors,  who both shared words of praise and encouragement before presenting awards to our deserving students.

We enjoyed musical performances from Edith (Year 10) and Mathilda (Year 8), showcasing the incredible talent within our school community.

Before the event began, our PTA sold refreshments to raise funds for the school, and we are grateful for their continued support and hard work.

A special thank you to all those who attended. It was lovely to see so many parents, carers, and families joining us to celebrate the achievements of our students.

The feedback from parents was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on how well the evening was organised and how enjoyable it was.

Whilst not every WSfG student received an award, the evening was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all of our amazing students and to recognise the dedication and commitment of our staff.
