WF GREEN TSA
WF GREEN TSA has at its heart the delivery of targeted and effective CPD for teachers to enhance professional development, encourage teachers to collaborate and take risks with pedagogy and to remain inquisitive and engaged learners themselves. For school leaders, the TSA is committed to enabling school leaders to develop confidence as trainers.
Effective leadership and equity are our drivers for school improvement at WSfG, illustrated by our motto ‘Neglect not the Gift within Thee’. Our aim is to provide an excellent education and an exceptional extra-curricular offer and sense of community. Our approach to the development of new initiatives is to use national research and to build on the input of our key stakeholders. All initiatives are developed in a shared and inclusive way to ensure consistency, progression and impact is measured.
